My background brings over 5+ years of sales and mid-management experience servicing customer’s needs while exceeding their expectations and satisfaction. By so doing, I have been able to acquire and maintain strong customer loyalty and return business resulting in increased volume and productivity. I have been the recipient of President’s Club as well as Secret Shopper awards achieving 100% in all areas of customer satisfaction. I believe the utilization of my communication skill, both in person and over the phone, will be a benefit in creating a positive experience for all parties will be an asset to the department.


 


Most recently, my employment was with Vision works, where my responsibilities included answering phones, scheduling appointments, completing check in and out procedures and compliance and adhering to all HIPAA regulations. I assisted customers with their optical choices and selections to best meet their medical and financial needs. My duties included completing insurance verifications, copayment collection, processing cash and credit payments, register balancing and deposit preparation. I had opportunity to utilize my communication skills in person, as well as by phone, to follow up on the services provided and to build long term relationships.


 


Previously, I have had employment opportunities wherein it was necessary to work independently and be the main driving force for acquiring customers and driving sales. To accomplish this required utilization of strong communication skills and building strong client and customer relations. My success resulted in increased sales and profits for the companies and satisfaction for the clients.
