Afterschool Direct Support Staff
Job Description
At our afterschool program in Clearfield, we are currently looking for applicants to assist children with special needs. Duties would include participating in activities such as swimming, bowling, visiting arcades and amusement parks. Assist with daily living skills and individual plans.
Responsibilities
As a Direct Support Staff you will be supporting people on the autism spectrum, or with other developmental disabilities and mental health needs through teaching life skills and behavioral support. Extensive paid training and opportunities for career advancement are provided.
Qualifications
No experience in the field required, just a strong interest in helping others and a passion for our clients.
Additional Information
Pay is $11 per hour after training.
