Job Responsibilities
TASC is seeking anInformation System Security Analystto join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Clearfield, Utah 84015.
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence as you maintain critical components of the nation's strategic deterrence. Under the Ground Subsystem Support Contract, TASC will support communication systems used to deliver critical messages from mission planners and operational authority to the ICBM Weapon System. These systems must be maintained through normal operation as well as through upgrades and modifications to keep the systems viable through their planned life cycles. These systems have been in operation for numerous years and there are many opportunities to develop solutions to keep it operational in support of the ICBM mission.
Roles and Responsibilities (include some or all of the following):
Maintain the information security of systems (Monitor security, Perform activities in accordance with existing C&A packages, Enhance security while supporting mission)
Perform necessary activities to reaccredit systems following modifications
Ensure system security is included in the design/development of system modifications
Ensure best practices/industry standards are used to protect system and critical information
Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
BS in engineering or physics with 10
years or MS in engineering or physics with 8
years engineering experience
5
years' experience with System Security and Information System Certification & Accreditation
Experience with non-standard information systems
Must have a current Secret security clearance
Basic computer use skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
MS in engineering
Prior ICBM weapon system experience
Professional Information Systems Certifications
