Key Role:
Function as an engineering technical manager to define technical requirements and overall success criteria. Operate in a phased approach with short-term goals to evaluate progress towards established success criteria. Create, research, and review technical documentation, including analyses, specifications, requirements documents, test plans, test procedures, and test reports. Plan, organize, execute, and monitor program and engineering efforts, including the oversight and guidance of contracted engineering efforts. Make recommendations for alternate hardware or software solutions within the overall cost, schedule, requirement, and risk goals of the project.
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with engineering technical management
-Experience with the A-10 or similar Aircraft
-Experience with government organizations
-Experience with Joint Engineering Data Management Information Control System (JEDMICS)
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with managing technical programs
-Experience with military aircraft weapons or test planning
-Possession of excellent leadership and analytical skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
