Retail & Internet Sales Associate
This is a Part-Time Position. We anticipate this positions will average 25-30 hours per Week.
For Your Kitchen specializes in high quality and hard to find tools for the kitchen. We sell out of our Physical retail store as well as online through our website. For Your Kitchen is looking for two part-time employees to help us with our retail store and internet fulfillment. Specifically we are beginning to sell on Ebay and Amazon and we will be hiring with this in mind.
If you love to work and love to be busy you will love this job. We are generally thinly staffed and we are always busy.
A passion for cooking is a plus but not required.
You will definitely be assisting customers in person and on the phone and through other means of online comunication. We take a lot of phone orders and inquiries for our website. We are looking for Incredible Service Providers, if you do not enjoy dealing with others in a fast paced environment please look elsewhere.
Job Duties may include but will not be limited to:
Assisting Customers in person and over the phone
Pricing, inventory, merchandising, fronting & facing product.
Assisting with fulfillment of internet orders.
Helping to promote our business through social media.
Cleaning various parts for the store, storefront, kitchen etc when needed.
Helping co-workers and customers to succeed.
Listing products on Ebay, Amazon and on our Website (ForYourKitchen.com)
Ensuring customers have a great experience and will recommend us and want to come shop with us again!
Requirements
Proficient using a computer and listing products online and following up after the sale.
Ability to work in Clearfield, UT.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional attitude, attire, and appearance.
Ability to make decisions and problem solve.
Positive Attitude & demeanor especially around co-workers and customers.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Develop creative ideas & ways to improve our store.
Proficient with Windows, MS Word, and Outlook.
While not required a love or passion for cooking is a plus! You will also be working around other employees and many customers in a very customer service oriented environment, so if being around or dealing with a lot of people or phone calls is not your thing please look somewhere else.
