Summary:
Our goal is to enhance our customer's assembly experience and communicate improvement opportunities to various departments within Lifetime.
These opportunities are discovered through C.

complaints, return data, on-line reviews and pre-production assembly builds.
Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and compiling C.
S.
, return and on-line review data.
Creating and maintaining published Quality reports, such as Cost of Poor Quality, C.
S.
Quality and Returns by category.
Completing assembly builds on new and existing product.
Represent the Quality Department in all category meetings by providing actionable data to Sales/Marketing, Design, MFG Engineering, Planning and Production.
Submitting Enterprise Change Requests or Problem Reports against parts/models and or processes to improve our products and customer service.
Requirements:
Must be proficient with Excel, including pivot tables.
Must be familiar with the use and creation of PowerBI reporting.
Possess effective communication skills, particularly in difficult conversations.
Possess a good knowledge base of our products.
Possess knowledge of the use of basic hand tools for product assembly.
Must have the ability to work independently and meet task deadlines.
Familiarity with Outlook, Word, LPDS, AX and Access.
Excellent attendance and performance Must be able lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
Must possess good math, report writing and record keeping skills.
Previous experience in Customer service is a plus.
Must be able to pass background check.
Recommended Skills Communication Customer Service Knowledge Base Marketing Mathematics Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
