We are professional, fast-paced, data-driven and our goal is to Regional Office Manager Job Announcement In Office Location - Clearfield Utah LuckyDog Recreation is a specialty contractor that sells and builds playgrounds and related products in Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming.
We are looking for the right person to join our team as the Regional Office Manager.
This is an in-office position in Clearfield, Utah.
Management of our regional office includes being a team player, love working with people, a love and proficient understanding of financial data, and experience running an efficient, effective, and profitable office.
Starting wage $20-22 based on experience.
Computer Programs:
Must be proficient with QuickBooks Desk-top version.
Use existing and creating new spreadsheets in Excel.
Able to show proficiency in use of CRM.
Able to demonstrate confidence and adaptability at learning to use custom in-house software (training provided) for communicating with vendors.
Additional software includes but not limited to Word, Google sheets, and Google Calendar.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and multitasking are a must.
Daily Tasks include:
Creating estimates and PO's and all related documents such as accurate job-folders for construction crew, job cost evaluations, overseeing all aspects of A/P and A/R including progress billing.
Understand and execute construction contracts, manage freight and inventory, and quality check sales quotes.
Provide support for warranty work, job follow-up and creation and management of job spreadsheets for the entire company.
