Outbound Call Team Specialist

Our company located in Clearfield is looking for an outbound call specialist to join our existing Location Team to help find locations to place healthy vending machines throughout the United States.
A minimum of oneyear recent experience in phone sales is required.
This is a permanent fulltime MondayFriday position.
No weekends or holidays.
We offer paid time off holiday pay and health insurance benefits.
This position will require the employee to work onsite at our brandnew corporate office in Clearfield UT.

We will also consider a parttime position for a wellqualified candidate.
In this position the Location Call Team Specialist will be calling the human resources manager of companies around the nation discussing with them the possibility of having a FREE healthy vending machine placed at their location.
Sometimes a more involved process of identifying the correct decision maker for a facility comes into play.
The healthy vending machines are then placed by a local distributor and there is no cost or obligation to the location.

Outbound calling experience a minimum of oneyear recent phone sales experience is required.
Basic computer and email skills are required.
A qualified candidate will be a wellorganized independent worker with the ability to stay focused on a multistep process as outlined.
Must be or older The starting pay rate is per hour plus commissions.
Review of pay and performance will take place at the day mark with consideration for a pay increase up to per hour at that time.
Average monthly commissions are in the range and are over and above the hourly wage.
Location Team members are paid on a weekly basis.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
