Customer Service/Office and Warehouse Manager Part or Full Time
Summit Shop is looking for an all around employee to manage the office and warehouse.
This is a unique job that lets you contribute to the company in a variety of ways.
You will be in a critical roll in the company.
You are in charge of all customer service.
You are in charge of the entire warehouse operations.
You will work directly with the owner of the company.
This is a person company.
You are number.
You must be self motivated.
You will primarily work by yourself.
You will be responsible for a large variety of tasks including customer service shipping warehouse management inventory levels management.
One day you will be pulling orders and shipping pallets of product in the warehouse.
The next day you might be coordinating with a distributer in South America.
The next day you may be changing a furnace filter.
You need to be willing to learn and experiment and try new things as well as do the day to day tasks that keep a business running.
Summit Shop creates and sales ski and snowboard bags and socks.
We primarily sell on Amazon.
We have been a leader in that business for many years now.
Our sales have grown every year Im a serial entrepreneur Ive started about a dozen businesses in sporting goods womens fashion real estate and more.
Im looking for a top notch employee who I can trust with all aspects of the business.
Someone with a can do attitude.
Ive created businesses on the INC list.
Ive been on TV with Steve Harvey.
Im the real deal as an entrepreneur.
Summit Shop is my biggest business and I need someone who can keep the day to day tasks in order so I can work on the next product and distribution strategy.
We will be a team.
I will depend on you to keep things running and you will depend on me to keep the business growing.
In addition to the tasks at Summit Shop you will be handling customer service and some warehouse management forZeroSweat.

You must be comfortable with a computer and knowing your way around the internet.
Must be able to lift lbs and climb a ladder.
We dont do aerobics but you do need to be able to muscle around some boxes.
This position will be between hours a week.
OctoberApril are busiest and summer is pretty mellow.
Hours are typically MF but could be more if you want to.
Flexible schedule when needed.
Laid back work environment.
Pay starts at an hour depending on experience and skills.
